Report and Resolution from EGM

Today, 2018-10-19, Ayima Group AB (publ) held an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”). The EGM resolved unanimously in accordance with the board's proposal.
● The EGM resolved, according to the board’s proposition, to appoint a new auditor in the form of BDO Sweden AB, with Niclas Nordström as the auditor in charge.

Idag, 2018-10-19, höll Ayima Group AB extra bolagsstämma. Stämman beslöt enhälligt enligt styrelsens förslag.
● Stämman beslutade enligt styrelsen förslag att utse ny revisor i form av BDO Sweden AB, med Niclas Nordström som huvudansvarig revisor.
