Azelio on Mission Innovation’s top 100 list of solutions with high impact on avoided CO2e emissions

Azelio is proud to be listed as a top 100 solution provider with a potential high impact on avoided CO2e emissions, presented by the 1.5° C Compatible Solutions Framework at Mission Innovation’s Ministerial meeting in Vancouver in May.In May 2019, Azelio’s CEO Jonas Eklind was honored as Sweden’s Mission Innovation Champion. As progressive solutions for avoided CO2e emission was presented by Mission Innovation, Azelio was on the top 100 list. The Mission Innovation member states represent 60% of the world’s population, 70% of GDP and 80% of government investment in clean energy research.

Azelio in collaboration for verification of its energy storage technology also in Sweden

In addition to the planned verification in Morocco at the end of 2019, Azelio is now initiating a collaboration with the Swedish Glava Energy Center (glavaenergycenter.se) for verification of its technology also in Sweden. The collaboration enables tests close to the company's development and in system together with other renewable technologies and different grid configurations. Interim report Azelio – A positive first quarter

Important elements of this are the preparations for the verification project in Morocco during the fourth quarter of this year, as well as the concretization of the extensive inquiries from potential customers after Azelio's storage technology was demonstrated last summer.
