Fusion Maia, Asia’s first spa all-inclusive resort, has unveiled a new yoga concept - Fusion Flow. The unique programme involves daily focuses for yoga practice, which have been thoughtfully designed to reflect the resort’s ‘Natural Living’ ethos, which is guided by seven daily themes:

-          Feel Free – a carefree yoga set focusing on releasing emotions and feeling happiness

-          Eat Well – a boosting yoga set focusing on stimulating digestion and eliminating toxins

-          Be Social – an active yoga set focusing on confidence and renewed energy

-          Enjoy Nature – a grounding yoga set focusing on nature poses good for body balancing

-          Get Active – an energizing yoga set focusing on body strength and endurance

-          Open your Mind – a stimulating yoga set focusing on creativity and the sixth sense

-          Act Mindfully – a reflective yoga set with heart opening poses supporting compassion

Fusion Flow yoga is just one element of the Natural Living Programme offered at Fusion Maia - a plan that offers simple inspirations for sustainable Natural Living at home via its seven daily themes.    From butterfly breathing or star jump walking (Feel Free); ‘mindful apple’ mindfulness sessions or a wellness tea talk (Eat Well) to a lantern ceremony or slow silent walk (Act Mindfully), the resort’s seven Natural Living practices ensure balance and well-being for body, mind and spirit.  Each day is marked by a specific aromatherapy scent, floral colour theme and herbal tea, to focus energy and encourage mindful enjoyment of life’s sensory pleasures.

Fusion Maia Da Nang has recently been recognised by the Yoga Alliance in the USA for offering an accredited yoga therapy course in conjunction with yoga guru Bhavini Kalan. The resort is committed to developing their own offer whilst supporting the local community, and invited Bhavini to train six of their local Vietnamese staff. Fusion Maia Da Nang is the first resort in Vietnam to have a Yoga Alliance accreditation.

All wellness treatments at Fusion Maia are available to all guests at no extra cost - the first of its kind in Asia. Fifty wellness specialists offer a range of wraps, body polishes and facials, plus classes. To ensure guests are completely relaxed and not concerned with additional costs and charges, all Maia Spa therapies and activities are offered to all guests as part of the standard room rate.

Travel Indochina (www.travelindochina.co.uk) offers seven nights at Fusion Maia Da Nang including return flights with Singapore Airlines from £1,785pp, based on two people sharing a pool villa with breakfast, return private airport transfers and complimentary spa treatments (2 per day).
