The Mini-Health Experiences are designed to put guests who live a fast-paced lifestyle on a healthier path in as little as three days. Located on fashionable Collins Avenue, Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach is the nation’s first luxury boutique hotel dedicated to wellness.The seven packages on offer tackle concerns ranging from bone health and weight loss to stress and couples intimacy.
- Mini Stress-Buster: This package combines massage, acupuncture and meditation to halt stress and reset the mind. It includes a 50-minute acupuncture session to immediately create calm, 50-minute healing energy to deepen that state of relaxation, 50-minute MINDLINK massage treatment, 50-minute 1:1 meditation to learn strategies to create calm and a CD of selected meditations to use at home.
- Mini Shed the Weight: Designed to demystify the process of losing weight, this package includes body composition, Metabolic Exercise Assessment (2 sessions), 50-minute Fitness consultation, 50-minute nutrition consultation and 50-minute Integrative physician visit.
- Couples Mini Intimacy Experience: Intimacy is brought to an entirely new level with this package. Experience the Royal Body Ceremony, a 125-minute ritual inspired by a traditional purifying ceremony given to Indonesian royalty, in which both partners will experience full body scrubs, followed by a Javanese massage and completed with a Rasul ceremony that gives couples the opportunity to self-apply purifying muds to each other and relax surrounded by intermittent herbal steam. This package also includes a 50-minute couple’s session with Canyon Ranch’s sex, passion and intimacy therapist, life altering energy work (50-minutes), and a 50-minute consultation to assess hormone levels with the resort’s medical expert.
- Couples Mini Babymoon: For couples expecting a baby, a special experience is available. This package focuses on relaxing and becoming centered and includes an 80-minute prenatal massage for the expectant mother and a Canyon Ranch 80-minute signature massage for their partner as well as a 50-minute breathing and meditation session, 50-minute nutrition consultation and a 50-minute life management session with a Canyon Ranch expert to help navigate through this major life transition. A Babymoon Gift Basket with gifts for the expectant couple and new baby is also included.
- Mini Bone Health: Designed for those concerned about their bone health but lacking direction on how to improve their strength, this package focuses on natural improvement and includes a bone density scan, 50-minute exercise physiologist consultation, 50-minute nutrition consultation and 25-minute consultation with integrative physician.
- Mini Energizer Retreat: Cranky and less creative? This package inspires meaningful change through a 30-minute guided meditation session, 50-minute acupuncture or healing energy session, 50-minute nutrition consultation to create an energizing diet, and a 50-minute Abhyanga session.
- Mini Detox: Designed to clear out the toxins and help restore vitality, this package includes a 50-minute integrative physician consultation, 50-minute nutrition consultation, two detoxifying drinks per day, 140-minute ayurvedic herbal purification and a 50-minute detox wrap.
