In Q3 2024, the harvest volumes for Bakkafrost’s operation in the Faroe Islands and Scotland were: · Faroe Islands:   21.6 thousand tonnes · Scotland:         5.4 thousand tonnes All harvest volumes are provided in head-on gutted (HOG) equivalents. ISA virus found in two pens at farming site A-19 Vágur

Tests taken at farming site A-19 Vágur have found the presence of the ISA virus in two pens. The full site has 1.0 million fish in total, with an average weight of 2.6 kg. Strict measures have been implemented to contain the virus and prevent further spread. The two affected pens will be harvested out immediately and the full site will be harvested out within two months, in line with Faroese regulation. Consequently, estimates show that harvest volumes for 2024 will be reduced with 2,000-3,000 tonnes gutted weight by the accelerated harvest of the entire farming site A-19 Vágur.

Share-based payments completed and new share capital registered

As a part of P/F Bakkafrost’s share-based bonus scheme for employees, the board of directors has resolved to issue a total of 77,012 new shares, each with a par value of DKK 1, and to increase the share capital from DKK 59,227,607 to DKK 59,304,619.   The new shares were issued under an authorization in the articles of association section 4A. Currency Rate for the upcoming Cash Dividend

With reference to the announcement made on 20 February 2024, the currency rate NOK/DKK to be used in the upcoming cash dividend is 0.6356. Purchase of own shares for the Share Savings plan

Today 2 April 2024, Bakkafrost Processing, a 100% owned subsidiary of Bakkafrost, has purchased 50,000 Bakkafrost shares to be used in the Share Savings Plan for employees. The shares were purchased in the market at a price of NOK 684.47712 per share. After the share purchase and settlement the Bakkafrost group holds a total of 51,222 shares, whereof Bakkfrost Processing holds 50,000 shares and Bakkafrost Holding holds 1,222 treasury shares.
