BAKKAFROST – Allocation of shares from the Subsequent Offer to primary insiders

Reference is made to the announcements from P/F Bakkafrost ("Bakkafrost") on 6 December 2019 related to the final result of the subsequent offering of up to 1,000,000 new shares (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 500 per share  (the "Subsequent Offering"), and during which 869,756 new shares were issued.

The allocation of shares has now been completed to beneficial owners of nominee accounts including primary insiders in Bakkafrost. The following primary insiders were allocated shares as a result of subscription for shares in the Subsequent Offer:

  • Odd Eliasen, Managing Director, was allocated 10.230 shares. After the transaction he holds 183.853 shares
  • Rúni M. Hansen, Chairman of the board, was allocated 761 shares. After the transaction he holds 10.761 shares
