BAKKAFROST: Payment of dividend in NOK on 30 April 2021

Bakkafrost's Annual General Meeting resolved on 9 April 2021 a dividend of DKK 3.65 per share to be paid to Bakkafrost's shareholders.

The currency rate NOK/DKK used in the cash dividend is 73.5889322.

The dividend payment on 30 April 2021 will be NOK 4.959985 per share.
