Balco Group strengthens Group Management

As Finland has become a significant market for Balco Group through the acquisitions of Riikku Group Oy and Suomen ohutlevyasennus Oy during the year, and Riikku's products have great potential in several markets, Balco Group will strengthen the Group Management Team with Riikku's Managing Director Joakim Petersen-Dyggve from January 1, 2025. Structural change in the Riikku Group

Balco Group receives turnkey contract in Borås

HSB Brf Ekarängen in Borås has signed an agreement with Balco AB as turnkey contractor for an extensive balcony project with an order value of approximately 60 MSEK. The deal includes new glazed balconies and patios, with construction scheduled to start in the spring of 2025. The project involves a long-term investment in modernization and well-being for residents in the association. The reason for the increase in the number of shares and votes is the implementation of the directed new issue of 383,480 shares decided by the board on March 6, 2024, with the support of authorization from the annual general meeting on May 9, 2023, due to Balco's acquisition of Suomen ohutlevyasennus Oy. The reason for the increase in the number of shares and votes is the implementation of the directed new issue of 728,820 shares decided by the board on January 22, 2024, with the support of authorization from the annual general meeting on May 9, 2023, due to Balco's acquisition of Riikku Group Oy.
