Balco Group Appoints Jesper Magnusson as Head of Communications

Balco Group has appointed Jesper Magnusson as the new Head of Communications. Jesper will simultaneously retain his role as HR Director, meaning he will now be responsible for both HR and communications within the Group.

Jesper is in his twelfth year with Balco Group and has been part of Group Management since its formation. He brings extensive experience in HR, communications, and change management, and is deeply rooted in the Group's operations and strategy.

By combining responsibility for HR and communications, the company strengthens its ability to coordinate and streamline both internal and external dialogue — with a focus on further clarifying Balco Group's position, both as an employer and as a market player.

“Jesper has a natural drive to build strong messaging both internally and externally. This is a step that brings clarity and strengthens the overall impact of our communication,” says Camilla Ekdahl, CEO of Balco Group.

The new role takes effect immediately. This change does not affect Investor Relations (IR), which will continue to be handled by the CFO.
