Annual General Meeting April 15, 2004 Dividend The Annual General Meeting has approved a dividend for the 2003 financial year of SEK 2.75 per share. The record date for entitlement to the dividend is Tuesday April 20, 2004. The dividend is expected to be paid out through the agency of VPC (Swedish Securities Register Centre) on Friday April 23, 2004. Election of board members Lars-Åke Helgesson, Svend Holst-Nielsen, Fredrik Åtting, Martin Svalstedt, Aina Nilsson and Nils-Erik Danielsson were re-elected members of the board. Bengt Dahl was elected new member of the board. Bengt Dahl, born in 1949, MD of Juvenis Merchant Partners AB. Other significant assignments are: Chairman of the board in Fairford Holdings Scandinavia AB and it´s subsidiaries Axel Christiernsson Int´l AB, Safeguard Int´l AB and Combisafe Int´l AB as well as in Camfore AB, and member of the board in Emano AB and Försäkringsbolaget Nordisk Garanti. The Annual Meeting determined the aggregated fee for the board to SEK 750.000 to be allocated among the members of the board at the board's discretion. At a statutory board meeting following the Annual General Meeting, Lars- Åke Helgesson was re-elected chairman of the board in Ballingslöv International AB. Auditors The Annual General Meeting resolved to re-electÖhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB as statutory auditor, with Åke Christiansson as signing auditor, up until the annual general meeting 2008. The auditor's fees was decided to be paid according to current account.
