Ballingslöv has made a final agreement regarding the Svane project

As previously informed in a press release of June 15th , Ballingslöv decided to discontinue the co-operation with the Danish kitchen chain of stores Svane Køkkenet. The date for final closing was estimated to the turn of the month June/July 2005. Today a final agreement has been made between Ballingslöv and representatives for Svane in accordance with the letter of intent of June 15th.
