Ballingslöv International AB (publ) Interim report January-March 2003 · Profits continue to develop favourably - net income for the period grew by 12 % to SEK 10.1 M (9.0) · Operating income before amortisation of goodwill grew by 1 % to SEK 28.9 M (28.7) equivalent to an operating margin before amortisation of goodwill of 10.0 % (9.7) · Cash flow from current operations improved to SEK 0.2 M (-9.0) · Net sales decreased by 2 % to SEK 290.1 M (295.8) · For comparable units, organic growth in Scandinavia amounted to just over 7 %, which is considered to be better than the general development in the market · Development of the British operation is going largely to plan and it is estimated that our action programme will lead to positive effects during the second and third quarters · The Danish kitchen manufacturer Multiform A/S was acquired during the period.
