Management change in England

With effect from 7th July 2003 Ferris Cowper will assume the position of acting Managing Director of Kingfisher Wood Products Ltd, the British subsidiary of Ballingslöv, as the current Managing Director, Björn Carlsson, is leaving his position at mid year.

Ferris Cowper (54) has a background gained in several leading management positions with major companies throughout Europe including Mars Corporation. Mr Cowper has for the past few years held a number of directorships and since 1999 has been an Non Executive Director of Kingfisher. Earlier this year he became Executive Chairman of Kingfisher Wood Products.

The Company is developing within our plans with steadily improved delivery service, which now is very competitive but the focus will now be on increasing sales, which requires a different type of leadership".
