Management changes in England and Denmark With effect from the first of February 2004 Rod Siddall is appointed new Managing Director for Ballingslöv's subsidiary in England Kingfisher Wood Products Ltd succeeding Ferris Cowper who has been acting Managing Director since July 2003. Rod Siddall (52 years, BSc Hons Mechanical Engineering, FCMA) has a background from leading positions in a number of English companies, e.g. as a Managing Director for Burbidge & Son in the kitchen industry and as a Managing Director in the Britax Group Plc (manufacturer of components to the aircraft and automotive companies). Morten Boeck-hansen is appointed new Managing Director from the first of February for Ballingslöv's Danish subsidiary Dansk Formpladeindustri A/S succeeding Per Lykke Jensen. Morten Boeck-hansen (45 years, MBA) has a background from leading international positions in companies like Reebok and Ecco.
