Change in the management team of Banque Invik S.A.

Following the change of control in May this year, Pierre Arens, Managing Director, and Banque Invik S.A. have come to an agreement to part company. Pierre Arens joined Banque Invik Luxembourg in April 2004 and has succesfully concluded the acquisition by the new shareholder earlier this year. Peter Engelberg has been appointed as acting CEO of Banque Invik S.A. as of July 17, 2009. Peter is today Deputy Managing Director of the bank and head of Corporate Services and Trust.
