period has ended

Basware Corp. Stock Exchange Announcement             April 1, 2009

The subscription period for shares based on Basware Corporation's
2006 A-series Warrant Program subscription period ended on March 31,
2009. Each warrant entitled to subscribe to one Basware's share. No
shares were subscribed with the warrants and therefore all warrants
in 2006 A-Series Warrant Program (100.000 warrants) will be
nullified.
