Basware Renews Purchase-to-Pay and e-Invoicing Services Agreement with Vocus in Australia and Increases Invoice Volumes in New Zealand

Espoo, Finland, 12 July, 2017 - Basware has signed an agreement for the significant renewal of Purchase-to-Pay and e-invoicing services with Vocus Group Holdings Pty Ltd, an existing customer in Australia. The solutions are powered by Basware Purchase-to-Pay, Basware's unified cloud-based platform for procurement and accounts payable automation. The agreement includes the expanded scope of accounts payable automation, analytics and procurement services.

Vocus merged with M2 in September 2015 to create the $3 billion telecommunications titan that is Australia's fourth-largest telecommunications company and the third-largest in New Zealand. During the merger, M2 Group saw the opportunity to expand their Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to incorporate Basware Purchase-to-Pay, as well as add additional regions/business units to their solution.
