The Annual Report includes Financial Statements for 2020, Auditor’s Report, Report of the Board of Directors, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report.

Basware’s Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements for the first time.
