Basware's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2017

During 2017, Basware Corporation will publish financial information as follows:

  • Financial Statements Bulletin for 2016 on Wednesday, February 1, 2017
  • Interim Report January-March 2017 (Q1) on Friday, April 21, 2017
  • Half-Year Financial Report January-June 2017 (Q2) on Wednesday, July 19, 2017
  • Interim Report January-September 2017 (Q3) on Wednesday, October 18, 2017

The Annual Report 2016 is estimated to be published on Basware's web pages at www.basware.com/investors on Thursday, February 16, 2017.

The Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 in Helsinki, Finland. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately at a later date. A shareholder who requests a certain issue belonging to the General Meeting to be included on the agenda of the meeting, is asked to notify the Board of Directors in writing no later than January 4, 2017 either by email yhtiokokous@basware.com or by post Basware Corporation/Annual General Meeting 2017, P.O. Box 97, 02601 Espoo, Finland.
