Basware’s financial reporting in 2019

Basware Corporation releases its financial statement bulletin for January 1 – December 31, 2018 on Thursday, January 31, 2019. Annual report 2018, which includes the company’s financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, the corporate governance statement and the remuneration report, will be published online approximately on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
In 2019, Basware Corporation releases its financial reports as follows:
- Interim report for January 1 – March 31, 2019 on Tuesday, April 30, 2019
- Half-year financial report for January 1 – June 30, 2019 on Tuesday, August 6, 2019
- Interim report for January 1 – September 30, 2019 on Tuesday, October 22, 2019
The company’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019 in Helsinki, Finland. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately at a later date. A shareholder who requests a certain issue belonging to the General Meeting to be included on the agenda of the meeting, is asked to notify the Board of Directors in writing no later than Wednesday, January 10, 2019 either by email yhtiokokous@basware.com or by post Basware Corporation/Annual General Meeting 2019, P.O. Box 97, 02601 Espoo, Finland.
