Basware’s financial reporting in 2021

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, December 16, 2020 at 9:00 am EET

Basware Corporation will release its Financial Statement Bulletin, Half-Year Financial Report and Interim Reports in 2021 as follows:

  • Financial Statement Bulletin for January 1 – December 31, 2020 on Thursday, February 4, 2021
  • Interim Report for January 1 – March 31, 2021 on Tuesday, April 20, 2021
  • Half-Year Financial Report for January 1 – June 30, 2021 on Thursday, July 15, 2021
  • Interim Report for January 1 – September 30, 2021 on Tuesday, October 19, 2021

Annual Report 2020, which includes the company’s financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, the corporate governance statement and the remuneration report, will be published during the week starting on February 22 (week 8) at the latest.

Basware will announce the planned date for Annual General Meeting on February 4, 2021. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately.
