Basware’s financial reporting in 2022

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, 19 October 2021 at 8:30 a.m. EEST

Basware Corporation will release its Financial Statement Bulletin, Half-Year Financial Report and Interim Reports in 2022 as follows:

  • Financial Statement Bulletin for 1 January–31 December 2021 on Thursday, 3 February 2022 at 8.45 a.m. EET
  • Interim Report for 1 January–31 March 2022 on Thursday, 21 April 2022 at 8.45 a.m. EEST
  • Half-Year Financial Report for 1 January–30 June 2022 on Thursday, 21 July 2022 at 8.45 a.m. EEST
  • Interim Report for 1 January–30 September 2022 on Tuesday, 25 October 2022 at 8.45 a.m. EEST

Annual Report 2021, which includes the company’s financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, the corporate governance statement and the remuneration report, will be published during the week starting on 28 February (week 9) at the latest.

Basware’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, 22 March 2022. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately at a later date.
