Notice pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 9:5): The total number of shares represented by Arrowgrass Capital Partners LLP and its funds increased to over 15 % of Basware Corporation's share capital and voting rights on August 9th, 2016. This notification was given to Basware Corporation on August 10th, 2016.
