Martti Nurminen appointed as CFO of Basware

Martti Nurminen has been appointed as the CFO of Basware and the member of the Executive Team. Mr Nurminen will join Basware at the latest in January 2020 and will report to the CEO Klaus Andersen. Tuija Mäntyniemi, VP, Group Controlling continues as the company’s interim CFO until Nurminen commences in his position.

Martti Nurminen joins Basware from Solteq Plc, a publicly listed Nordic IT and software company, where he currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Nurminen worked in various senior financial management roles such as the CFO of Affecto Plc and as Finance Director at Johnson Controls.
