New Composition of Basware Corporation’s Executive Team

Basware is creating a leaner, more focused executive team.

The executive team will be comprised of the following roles:

  • Chief Executive Officer, Klaus Andersen (Acting)
  • Chief Financial Officer, Tuija Mäntyniemi (Acting)
  • Chief Technology Officer, Klaus Andersen
  • SVP Global Sales, Paul Taylor
  • Chief Marketing Officer, Lars Madsen
  • SVP Customer Services, Jussi Vasama
  • SVP Human Resources, Jane Broberg

Mikko Pilkama and Eric Wilson will leave the executive team and the company during May 2019.

Interim CEO Klaus Andersen comments: “As the company is targeting a better balance between growth and profitability, we are creating a leaner, more focused executive team to concentrate on delivering our previously stated targets. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Mikko and Eric for their contribution to Basware over the years.”
