Based on the Board of Directors' decision, Basware Corpoation has transferred shares to the persons involved in share ownership plans.

Trading code: BAS1V

Transferred shares on December 29, 2012: 30.625 shares and January 31, 2012: 1.914 shares.

Price/share: Gratuitous

After the transfer on February 29, 2012 and re-purchase of own shares, the Company will continue to hold a total of 60.893 shares.
