BE Group – change in the Board of Directors

The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Anders Ullberg, has informed the Nomination Committee that he declines re-election at the Annual General Meeting 2015. The Nomination Committee’s proposal to the Annual General Meeting is to elect Petter Stillström, President and CEO of AB Traction, which is BE Group’s largest shareholder with 17% of the share capital and votes, as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. Petter Stillström has been a board member in BE Group since 2012.

In addition, the Nomination Committee proposes re-election of the board members Roger Bergqvist, Charlotte Hansson, Lars Olof Nilsson and Jörgen Zahlin.
