BE Group Sverige AB is to deliver approx 15,000 tons of reinforcing steel to Peab for the construction of the new project Arenastaden in Stockholm

BE Group Sverige AB has received the challenging contract to deliver approximately 15,000 tons of reinforcing steel to Peab for the construction of Arenastaden in Solna. The order value for BE Group is estimated to about 100 SEK millions.

BE Group has formed a qualified project organization in order to administer the transaction going forward and the deliveries from BE Group to Peab will mainly consist of pre processed reinforcing steel (cut and bent reinforcing steel) and customized reinforcing mesh. Thore Andersson, Sales Area Manager Construction in BE Group Sverige AB, gives the following comment about the order: - This contract is of course a major success for our sales of reinforcing steel and we are grateful for the confidence that we have been given from the orderer, Peab. The contract contains a large amount of service and it is a very challenging and exiting project for our organization and co workers to attend to. Short information about Arenastaden Arenastaden is about to become the primary destination in Scandinavia for events, shopping, conferences, working, living and recreation. Integrated in Arenastaden Scandinavia’s largest arena for events (Swedbank Arena), the largest shopping centre in Scandinavia (Mall of Scandinavia) and one of the largest hotels in Sweden (Quality Hotel) is being built.
