Change in the number of shares and votes in BE Group

As a result of the rights issue, resolved upon by the Board of Directors of BE Group AB (publ) (“BE Group”) and approved by the Annual General Meeting 2015, the number of shares and votes in BE Group has increased by 185,474,367. As of 31 July 2015, the total number of shares and votes in the company amounts to 260,202,495.
