New Board member proposed for BE Group AB

BE Group’s Nominating Committee proposes that Marita Jaatinen be elected as a new member of the Board of BE Group AB (publ) in connection with the 2010 Annual General Meeting.

The proposal also entails the re-election of Board members Carl-Erik Ridderstråle (who it is also proposed be re-elected Chairman of the Board), Roger Bergqvist, Cecilia Edström, Roger Johansson, Joakim Karlsson, Lars Olof Nilsson and Lars Spongberg. Marita Jaatinen is 49 years old and is a graduate engineer in the field of industrial economics. Since 2009, she has been Business Area Manager for Consumer Goods in the Huhtamäki Group (one of the world’s largest packaging companies). Marita Jaatinen has worked within the Huhtamäki Group since 2007 and previously held senior positions in the Metso and Valmet Groups.
