Significant investments by BE Group in Norrköping

The Board of Directors of BE Group AB (publ) have decided to invest in a new production line for cutting, blasting and painting in Norrköping. The new line, has a unique degree of automatization and will be in operation during the first quarter 2020. The investment will provide a big technical leap which will result in higher flexibility, shorter lead times and an extended offering to our customers. The new line will also result in improved delivery accuracy and quality. Investments are also made in increased CNC processing and robotization to further improve efficiency and adding value to the customers.

The investments amount to approximately SEK 60 M and in connection to the decision of investments the existing rental agreement has been extended until 2029 for the Norrköping site.

These measures are strengthening BE Group´s long-term effort to be the most professional steel partner to Swedish construction and manufacturing industry.
