At the Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2011, BE Group’s Nomination Committee will propose that Anders Ullberg be elected as the new Chairman of the Board of BE Group AB (publ). Current Chairman of the Board, Carl-Erik Ridderstråle, has declined re-election.Anders Ullberg was born in 1946 and has a degree in business administration.
