    Record date for the reverse share split of the company’s shares

    The Annual General Meeting in BE Group AB (publ) on 28 April 2016 resolved on a reverse share split of the company’s shares, whereby 20 existing shares will be consolidated into to one new share (reverse share split 1:20).     BE Group transfers own shares

    Based on the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting 2012, the Board of Directors for BE Group AB (publ) has resolved to transfer own shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
