The project is coordinated by Advenica, and besides BeammWave also Ericsson, SAAB and Syntronic are project partners. The project has a total budget of 10.1 MSEK whereas the Vinnova grant, from the call “Avancerad och innovativ digitalisering 2023” is 4.9 MSEK and the BeammWave share of the grant has a total of 1.5 MSEK.

The project title is “Secure systems with components from insecure manufacturing chains”. It has the objective to take BeammWave from a patented design and prototype to a validated production-ready product, and thus enable collaboration with commercial actors.

"The collaboration with Advenica, Ericsson, SAAB, Syntronic and Lund university brings tremendous value to us, as we get access to world class research and knowledge and it also shows the value that we can bring to the universities with our leading-edge design and architecture”, says Stefan Svedberg, CEO of BeammWave.

“The project will run over three years and will together with our project partners give us the opportunity to investigate solutions for secure components and IP from different manufacturing chains, and also collaboration with commercial actors”, says Markus Törmänen, co-founder and Board member at BeammWave.
