Beijer Alma AB sets record date for share split at May 30, 2018

Beijer Alma AB’s Annual General Meeting on March 22, 2018 resolved to increase the number of shares in the company by splitting each share, regardless of class, into two shares of the corresponding class (2:1 share split). The Board of Directors was authorized to set the record date for the share split.

The Board of Directors has now decided that the record date for the share split will be Wednesday, May 30, 2018, which means that the final day of trading in the share prior to the split will be Monday, May 28, 2018 and the first day of trading in the split shares will be Tuesday, May 29, 2018.

As a result of the split, the ISIN code for the shares in Beijer Alma AB will change as of May 29, 2018. The new ISIN code for the Class A share will be SE0011090539 and the new ISIN code for the Class B share will be SE0011090547. The shares received through the share split are expected to be registered in the shareholders’ securities accounts on Thursday, May 31, 2018.

The split will be carried out automatically via Euroclear Sweden AB and shareholders do not need to take any additional steps. Following the share split, the number of shares in the company will amount to 60,262,200, of which 6,610,000 Class A shares and 53,652,200 Class B shares, with a quotient value of SEK 2.09 for both share classes. The share capital will remain unchanged at SEK 125,546,250.
