Beijer Tech acquires Finnish company Uudenmaan Murskaus

Beijer Alma’s subsidiary Beijer Tech has today entered into an agreement to acquire the assets and liabilities in the Finnish company Uudenmaan Murskaus. 

The company sells spare and wear parts for rock crushers with revenues of approximately MEUR 2 and favorable profitability. 

Comments from Beijer Tech’s President Staffan Andersson on the acquisition: “I’m pleased that we have acquired this profitable and well-managed company with good growth opportunities, that is a good fit with our operations in Finland.”
