    Change in the number of shares and votes in Beijer Ref

    In accordance with Beijer Ref AB's Articles of Association, shareholders of series A-shares have the right to convert such shares to series B-shares. Such conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company. During October 2024, 5,760 series A-shares were converted to series B-shares at the request of shareholders. Accordingly, the total number of votes in the company thereafter amounts to 760,639,526.     Stable quarter with good profitability

    "We leave behind us a stable quarter, with sales growth in all operating segments together with continued good profitability. The Group's total sales amounted to SEK 9,493 million, corresponding to a growth of 12 per cent.     During the year, a tax restructuring took place in the Beijer Ref US operations, which has resulted in an increase in the tax base of the US operations by an additional approximately MUSD 235.
