Beijer Ref advances the Annual General Meeting

Due to recent developments in the spread of the corona virus, Beijer Ref’s board of directors has decided to move the Annual General Meeting to a later date. Through this, the company helps to reduce the risk of further spread of infection in society. The Annual General Meeting was previously scheduled to be held on April 16, 2020.

” The great uncertainty surrounding the spread of the corona virus and its effects makes the Board of Directors believe that the best thing to do in the situation is to postpone the Annual General Meeting. We will now focus on helping our customers at a very challenging time, so that together we can get through this in the best possible way,” says Beijer Ref’s Chairman of the Board Bernt Ingman.

Beijer Ref plans to hold the Annual General Meeting no later than 30 June 2020, in accordance with existing legislation, and the notice will be published no later than four weeks before the meeting.
