Bellman Group AB publishes financial information and preliminary result for the financial year 2018
Bellman Group AB (publ) (the ”Company” or ”Bellman Group”) publishes financial information and preliminary result for the financial year 2018 prior to the holding of investor presentations in connection with the Company’s contemplated issue of new bonds under the Company’s existing bond loan.
Starting on 14 January 2019, Bellman Group will meet with potential investors in connection with the Company’s contemplated issue of new bonds under the Company’s existing bond loan. Prior to these presentations, the Company has chosen to publish the following financial information and preliminary results for the financial year 2018.
For the financial year 2018, the Company forecasts sales amounting to SEK 1,330 million and an adjusted EBIDA amounting to SEK 146 million. Samgräv Holding AB’s (”Samgräv”) sales during the period from 1 December 2017 through 30 November 2018 amounted to SEK 239 million and the adjusted EBITDA for the same period amounted to SEK 33 million. The group’s sales for the financial year 2018, calculated pro forma including Samgräv,[1] is forecasted to SEK 1,569 million and the adjusted EBITDA for the same period, calculated pro forma including Samgräv, is forecasted to SEK 179 million.[2]
The Company has mandated Pareto Securities AB as financial advisor in connection with the contemplated bond issue. As previously announced, the proceeds from a potential issue of subsequent bonds will be used primarily to finance the acquisition of Samgräv.
