Bellman Group acquires SÅCAB

Bellman Group AB has today completed the acquisition of SÅCAB Åkericentral AB (SÅCAB). SÅCAB relays vehicles and machinery for all types of shafting and transport services within the construction industry and operates a recycling facility south of Stockholm. Through the acquisition, Bellman Group expands its capacity in the Stockholm region as well as gains access to its own recycling facility which is of strategic importance.

Bellman Group acquires all shares in SÅCAB Åkericentral AB and indirectly its subsidiaries. The purchase price amounts to SEK 77 million paid in cash.

SÅCAB operates mainly in the greater Stockholm area and disposes of about 100 units consisting of construction machinery and trucks. The company owns a recycling facility which receives and handles inert (clean) excavated materials that can be recycled in other projects. The financial statements for 2019 have not yet been audited, but net sales for 2019 are expected to amount to approximately SEK 185 million and the company has shown god profitability in recent years.
