Bellman Group increases its outstanding bond loan by SEK 100 million
Bellman Group AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Bellman Group”) increases its outstanding bond loan (ISIN: SE0009889553) by SEK 100 million. The new bonds will be issued at a price of 99 per cent. of the nominal amount.
After the tap issue, the total outstanding amount of the Company’s bond loan will be SEK 600 million, which equals the total framework amount of the bond loan. The bond loan is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and the Company will also apply for listing of the new bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm.
The settlement date of the new bonds is set to 25 January 2019. The issue proceeds will mainly be used to finance the Company’s acquisition of all shares in Samgräv Holding AB and indirectly its subsidiaries, as announced by the Company by way of a press release on 13 December 2018.
