Bellman Group publishes bond prospectus and applies for listing of its bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

Bellman Group AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Bellman Group”) publishes a bond prospectus and applies for listing of its bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

On 19 June 2017, Bellman Group issued corporate bonds in an amount of SEK 220 million, within a framework amount of SEK 400 million. The bonds are at present listed on Nasdaq First North.

In accordance with the terms and conditions for the bonds, the Company intends to apply for listing of the bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm and the first listing day at Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on or about 11 May 2018. In view of the change of listing place, the Company has prepared a prospectus which has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus is available at the Company’s website www.bellmangroup.se and the Financial Supervisory Authority’s website www.fi.se.
