Expansion of papilio's international activities
- papilio expands its local presence in Germany by founding papilio Talent Solutions GmbH and integrating the mandates of Voigt Talent Partner
- Elena Voigt has been appointed as Managing Director and member of the papilio management team
Zurich, Switzerland, 30 January 2024 – papilio, a leading company in the field of talent development, innovative assessment & management development services, and strategic talent consulting, today announced its expansion in the key German market with the founding of papilio Talent Solutions GmbH based in Frankfurt am Main. The German business will be led by the highly experienced international senior consultant Elena Voigt and will incorporate the existing client base and operations of Voigt Talent Partner.
Elena Voigt, who will become Managing Director of the new business and member of the papilio management team, has partnered with clients across innovative and fast-growth industries for more than a decade to attract, hire, and develop the best talent. She brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams, developing talent strategies, and driving operational excellence. Elena’s expertise in talent advisory and talent attraction consulting will immediately benefit papilio’s growing client base, while existing Voigt Talent Partner clients will gain from papilio’s extended range of services.
