BerGenBio ASA: Share capital increase
Bergen, Norway, 26 August 2021 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") (OSE: BGBIO) on 23 August 2021 where the Company announced that the board of directors of the Company had resolved to increase the Company's share capital in connection with the exercise of options pursuant to the Company's share option program. A total of 270,000 options were exercised and 270,000 new shares were issued at an average subscription price of NOK 10.86 per share.
The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 8,823,275.50 divided into 88,232,755 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
