Claus-Toni Haid is one of the grandchildren to Clas Ohlson, the founder of the retail trading company Clas Ohlson AB.

Through a transaction on 12 August 2019, Claus-Toni Haid have now transferred all his shares in Clas Ohlson AB to his children Grischa Haid and Claus-Toni Haid.

The transaction has been reported to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is an internal redistribution of the Claus-Toni Haid’s family’s ownership in Clas Ohlson AB that does not affect the Haid family’s strategy for their ownership in Clas Ohlson AB.

Claus-Toni comments on the transaction: Through the transaction, I want to actively pass on the legacy to the fourth generation. This is a natural step for me considering the family’s long-term view as owner in Clas Ohlson.

Clas Ohlson AB was founded in 1918 in Insjön, Dalarna, and today has customers on five markets, approximately 5,000 employees and turnover of approximately SEK 8,8 billion.
