PRESS RELEASE 20 May 2022     At Bergs Timber's Annual General Meeting, May 5, 2022, it was decided to consolidate the company's existing 346,728,283 shares (reverse split), whereby ten (10) shares are consolidated into one (1) share. The Board was authorised to decide on the record date for the consolidation.   The Board of Directors has decided to set the record date for the consolidation to 31 May 2022, which means that the last day for trading in the share before the consolidation is 27 May 2022. Bergs invests in increased manufacturing capacity for high-quality windows and doors

To meet strong demand for wooden windows and doors in conjunction with renovations and new production, the Group’s subsidiary Byko-Lat in Latvia will make investments in increasing production capacity.A new 2,400-square meter warehouse and logistics building will be constructed that will enable more efficient flows in the plant area and free up production space, which can then be used more optimally.
