The revised interest of Lendu Holdings PLC, and the other associated companies of Rowe Evans Investments PLC, in the issued share capital of the Company is now as follows: Rowe Evans Investments PLC 12,998,472 46.25% and through Sungkai Holdings Limited 2,807,735 9.99% Lendu Holdings PLC 177,470 0.63% M.P.Evans (Malaysia) Sdn.Berhad 89,694 0.32% 16,073,371 57.19% By order of the board M.P.
