BERTAM HOLDINGS PLC OIL PALM PLANTATIONS AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT IN MALAYSIA The Company has today purchased 1,186,408 of its issued shares of 10p each, representing 4% of the issued share capital, for a consideration of £2.00 per share The revised issued share capital, following completion of this transaction, will be £2,848,253.10 divided into 28,482,531 share of 10p each.
