BERTAM HOLDINGS PLC OIL PALM PLANTATIONS AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT IN MALAYSIA The Company has today purchased 28,219 of its issued shares of 10p each, for a consideration of £1.9225 per share. The revised issued share capital, following completion of this transaction, will be £2,845,431.20 divided into 28,454,312 shares of 10p each.
