BERTAM HOLDINGS PLC OIL PALM PLANTATIONS AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT IN MALAYSIA The Company has purchased, on 9 July 2002, 13,000 of its issued shares of 10p each for a consideration of £1.85 per share. The revised issued share capital, following completion of this transaction, will be £2,844,131.20 divided into 28,441,312 shares of 10p each.
